The Stettler Swim Club endeavors to host two swim meets each season. Hosting a swim meet provides our swimmers the opportunity to participate in a sanctioned meet in their home pool. This also reduces costs of travel and provides our club with additional revenue sources.Swim meets are large events that require a minimum of 40 volunteers to work the event. There are many jobs to do at a swim meet, including jobs that require little to no training or several years of experience. Volunteering at a swim meet is a great way to learn about the sport and increase your understanding of the skills and time standards your swimmer is working towards. Volunteers also get the best seats in the house!
